Since 2015, Al-Ajal Industries has been dedicated to manufacturing high-quality footballs and handballs designed for reliable performance and durability. The company was established with a vision to produce balls that provide a consistent flight, balanced bounce, and excellent playability for players at all levels.
Our manufacturing process is based on the 32-panel ball construction, consisting of 20 hexagonal panels and 12 pentagonal panels. This design creates a nearly perfect spherical shape, which is essential for stable aerodynamics, smooth movement through the air, and predictable ball control during play.

The panels are precisely cut, shaped, and assembled to maintain the correct structure and roundness. The inner components are designed to provide proper air retention and balanced rebound, ensuring that the ball performs consistently during training and competitive matches.

The panels are printed with 3 mm edge glue and stitched. In the heat mold, the glue is activated to hide the stitches. The seam sealing is done by hand, and the glue in the seams reduces the water uptake significantly.
The 32 panels are stitched together by hand using 630 double stitches and 60 corner stitches and are closed off – especially for SELECT – with a doubleknot. The ball lasts longer this way.
The machine stitched footballs are very similar to our hand-stitched ones. During production, the football panels are sewn together with a special sewing machine and a fine thread. Only soft, foamed materials can be used.
The 32 panels are thermally bonded and connected by heat. There are no stitches, so the balls absorb less water and better hold their original weight when playing on a wet surface.
